Hardware is billable once the quote is marked Delivered. Software and warranty lines are billable once the quote is accepted. Monthly services and Pax8 are never listed here.
The Timesheet Importer loads the client list and each technician's timesheet, flags anything odd (unknown client, missing hours), and builds the QuickBooks invoice file, the Tech Hours report and contractor pay. Pay rates come from each contractor's Pay card.
