Ping

Keeps clients in the loop

Your clients' window into your support. Ping is the portal where your clients go to see where each help request stands and how their monitored systems are doing. Fewer "any update?" calls, and clients who can see the work you do for them every day.

01 · Help requests

Every request,
always visible

  • No password to remember. Clients sign in with a one-time code sent to their email. No Microsoft account needed.
  • A request in seconds. Describe the problem and attach screenshots, logs or documents.
  • Live status. Each request shows open, in progress, on hold or closed, along with your replies.
  • Add to it any time. Send more details or files to a request that is already open.
  • Their company only. People see their own company's requests, never another client's.
02 · System health

Their systems,
at a glance

  • Monitored servers. Backup results, disk space, antivirus and restarts for the systems you look after for them.
  • Plain language. Clear status instead of technical logs, so clients understand what they are looking at.
  • Email updates. A message when a request is received, being worked on and closed.
  • Tell us how we did. A one-click happy, OK or unhappy rating after each closed request.
  • Nothing to install. Works in any browser, on a phone or a desktop.

Clients only ever see their own company's requests and systems, and every sign-in code expires after 10 minutes.
